Position: Web Developer with SEO Expertise

We are seeking a versatile Web Developer with SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support our senior Web Developer and Digital Marketing Specialist, bringing your expertise in web development and SEO. You will be responsible for developing visually appealing websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as WordPress, implementing SEO techniques to enhance search engine rankings.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with the senior Web Developer and Digital Marketing Specialist to convert mockups into functional web pages.
Optimize website code, structure, and content for improved search engine rankings.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO techniques.
Create and optimize SEO-friendly content such as blog posts and landing pages. Monitor website traffic, rankings, and SEO metrics using Google Analytics.
Test and troubleshoot websites for optimal performance.
Stay updated with SEO trends and web development best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO strategies with marketing goals.
Provide ongoing website support and maintenance.
Qualifications
2+ Years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing, or related field.
Should have a portfolio
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (related technologies)
Knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and keyword research.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO analysis tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
